BOOKING INFORMATION
Vouchers & Discounts: Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per group. It cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Number of Participants: You do not need to inform us if the number of players changes, as long as the maximum limit is not exceeded. If your group is smaller than originally planned, the price per person will increase slightly as a result.
Binding Booking: Your booking is final. In case of a no show, we unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
Punctuality: Please make sure to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your playing time will be shortened accordingly and you will not be able to enjoy the full 60 minutes.
No Prior Knowledge Needed: All games are standalone. You do not need any knowledge from other games to participate.
Age Recommendation: The games are suitable for players aged 9 and up.
Safety: No horror elements await you. For your safety, the game is monitored by us at all times.
